Qualifications
We are looking for someone to fill the position of Travel Agent at our Rome office.
The employee will be responsible for:
- Travel Reservation Management (flights, hotels, transfers)
- Support for customers in planning their trips
- Support and handling of requests before, during, and after the trip
- Use of Management Systems Designed for Travel Management
- Problem-solving related to changes, unforeseen circumstances, and customer needs

We are looking for a Travel Agent for our Rome office.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing travel reservations (flights, hotels, transfers)
- Helping clients plan their travel itineraries
- Assisting with and managing requests before, during, and after a trip
- Using dedicated travel management software and systems
- Problem-solving related to booking changes, unexpected events, and client needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and a proactive attitude
- Good knowledge of English
- Problem-solving skills and operational flexibility
- Ability to work in a team and manage stress
- Knowledge of the Pico and/or TravelPort systems is a plus
- A dynamic, cheerful, and growth-oriented person
